As a member of Accelerate's team, Kim consults with clients in a diverse array of industries, ranging from the hospitality industry to high-tech to commercial real estate. The range of the types of service she provides is equally as broad, from facilitation of corporate leadership programs to coaching to conducting organizational effectiveness studies. Kim has 17 years of experience in the areas of corporate coaching, human resources, and training and development, 5 years of which were at the executive level as VP of Human Resources, Recruiting, and Training for one of the most recognized brands in the Hospitality Industry. During her tenure there, the company grew from 100 restaurants to over 300 restaurants, representing annual sales of over $840 million. Kim's was the largest department, with 25 people ranging from entry-level coordinators to experienced directors.

Stuart Crabb
Stuart is a seasoned and multi-disciplined consultant with 20 years experience working within human capital systems to build and restructure for high performance. This has included working in major change initiatives, complex project environments and providing clear, workable solutions during times of corporate crisis. Stuart possesses strong business and organization acumen, with practical, applied experience of having done business in over 25 countries and in multiple industry sectors. He is a clear strategic thinker with an outstanding track record, having delivered team development and performance improvement programs for clients including Cisco, Yahoo!, State Farm Insurance, and Biogen-Idec.
Cathy Dixon
Cathy is the Human Resources consultant at Accelerate, bringing a wealth of professional HR expertise in the areas of Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Organization Design, Employment, Diversity and Training. As a key Accelerator, she designs, develops and delivers management training programs for our clients. Early in her career, Cathy built and administered Apple's base and variable pay programs, benefits programs and HRIS systems during its start-up period, and sustained all programs through achievement of $1 billion annualized revenue (5,000 employees). She has worked in a senior HR position at Harrah’s Entertainment Corporation, ALZA Pharmaceuticals, and Colliers International.
Gary Edwards
Gary is an executive consultant and coach with more than 20 years of success and a proven track record in building and leading diverse, high functioning, cross-cultural teams for innovative firms such as Sun Microsystems, Apple, Memorex and General Electric. His professional background spans the fields of manufacturing and procurement operations, business development, sales operations and human resources. Gary has extensive experience working in Europe and Asia, and has lived and worked in Japan and North Africa, allowing him to develop firsthand knowledge of what it takes to effectively deal with the challenges of managing globally.
Vaughn Feather
Vaughn consults for Accelerate on strategic planning, marketing, and team building. As a key figure in the Direct Selling industry over the past 25 years, Vaughn co-founded several successful companies, among them; Cambridge Plan International, PrimeQuest International, Nutricare, MediBase and Paragon. He grew Cambridge Plan International to 1700 employees and sold in 1991. At the time, it was the fastest growing company in American history achieving $500 million in sales in the first year. He has been a guest lecturer at Stanford University Business School and taught the dynamics of direct selling to graduate students.
Kathleen Krentz
Kathleen is an Accelerator with expertise in leadership training and coaching. She has consulted with and designed tailored training solutions for a variety of clients spanning information technology, retailing, publishing, financial services, biotechnology, transportation, health care and telecommunications. Kathleen was honored by the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory for the leadership skills program she customized and delivered over the course of a three-year engagement. She has conducted management and business communications classes as an instructor with The Center for Human Services at the University of California, Davis. Before a career change to focus on leadership training and development, Kathleen led profit centers at Bank of America and Dayton-Hudson Corporation, now known as Target, as well as managed technical project teams.
Michael Landers
Michael specializes in providing international executive recruiting, coaching, and training for global companies including General Electric, MasterCard, Citibank, and Samsung. He obtained a MA in Intercultural Training and Management at Lesley College in Cambridge, Massachusetts and lectures at schools and universities on subjects such as intercultural communication, marketing, negotiation, and management. He has lived in Colombia, Brazil, the Dominican Republic and Japan, and is fluent in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese and proficient in Japanese and Italian.
Carol Malady
As Accelerate's Marketing and Communications Manager, it's Carol's job to effectively describe and promote our products and services through our website and other communications programs, as well as ensure the design and production quality of all our training materials. She is a multi-disciplined creative professional with 20 years experience in marketing and graphic design, 10 of which she dedicated to operating her own graphic design and marketing services company where her clients included Netscape, Hewlett Packard, Silicon Graphics, Microsoft, Seagate, Creative Technologies, AT&T, PG&E, Exxon, Excite, Inc., Silicon Engineering Inc., and Atari/Time Warner. Before joining Accelerate, Carol held management positions at Optronic Technologies and McGraw-Hill Publishing.
Shannon Norton
Shannon is Accelerate's Training and Development Program Manager, overseeing all aspects of program logistics and implementation. She measures the success of our programs and works with clients, vendors and Accelerators to continuously improve our offerings. Before joining Accelerate, Shannon was with Exelligence Learning Corporation. She previously worked in the banking industry where she held management positions with Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of America. Her experience includes coaching, training, scheduling, counseling and enforcing company policies and procedures.
Cheryl Tyler
A key Accelerator, Cheryl's wealth of experience ranges from operations management, to human resources executive, to professional facilitator and strategic consultant in a variety of industries. She partners with clients to include: vision, mission, and teambuilding initiatives; culture transition and change management; corporate university programming; selection and retention processes; performance management; behavioral assessments; executive and management leadership development program design and facilitation; coaching; and employee relations and liability training. Cheryl has extensive experience in video training production, has spoken at the National Press club in Washington DC and has been interviewed by countless national media channels. Several of her clients have received national recognition for their learning and development initiatives. Cheryl serves as VP of Professional Development for the Las Vegas Chapter of ASTD (American Society for Training and Development), has earned her PHR from the Society of Human Resource Management, and is trained by the IHCL in the institute's executive coaching methodology, by one of the world's top executive coaches.
